Lexi Garrabrant is a life-long desert-dweller and loves the Arizona heat. She recently graduated from the University of Arizona where she majored in Mathematics and minored in Computer Science and Biology. While taking classes and finding ways to learn more, she found a passion for tutoring and teaching. Over the last four years, she has been a teaching assistant, tutored students in high school and college math, and designed and taught a summer class about coding. She is excited to officially start her teaching career with Fusion Academy, a revolutionary way to teach and learn. Problem-solving is her favorite aspect of math, and she loves to do jigsaw puzzles, play board games, and put together scavenger hunts. Although her focus is in STEM-related fields, Lexi enjoys doing improvisational theater and crafting of all kinds; she is currently teaching herself how to crochet.
