Education
Benjamin teaches Art, English, and various electives at Fusion Academy. He moved to the Bay Area recently from New York City, where he completed an MFA in Art Practice at the School of Visual Arts.
Experience
As a practicing artist, Benjamin has presented his work in gallery exhibitions, at academic conferences, and in collaboration with musicians, and as a teacher, he similarly enjoys forming connections across disciplines to make for a vivid and expansive learning experience.
Fun Facts and Hobbies
- He was born and spent most of his childhood in Bangladesh before his family moved to Maine at age ten.
- Enjoys playing soccer and piano, talking art with friends, and attending his wife's classical music performances around town.
