Kelly brings over 25 years of leadership experience across top-performing service organizations. She served as an operations executive at The Walt Disney Company in both Florida and California developing high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional guest service to children and families across multiple lines of business. She operated merchandise, food and beverage, and theme park business lines and also held roles in finance, marketing, and brand management. Kelly became a foodie after being on the team that created Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival.
Prior to joining, Kelly was the Chief Executive Officer at Strayer@Work, where she led the design and development of innovative education programs to help Fortune 1000 companies attract and retain top talent. Prior, she served as the Chief Administrative officer at Strayer University, which offers online, on-ground, and blended degree programs to over 30,000 students, mostly working adults.
Kelly carries a passion for learning and speaks of the life-changing power of education. After a decade in higher education, she is helping students realize their full potential and recognize and appreciate their strengths earlier in life. Kelly holds a BS from Missouri State, a MBA from Pepperdine University, and is a CPA.
