Head of School
Jessica Warren is excited to serve as the Head of School at Fusion's Princeton campus. She earned a bachelor's degree in Engineering & Applied Science from the California Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from Elizabethtown College with a focus on leadership and sustainability. Although her career began in consulting engineering and project management, the past fifteen years have been spent at K-12 independent schools, in admission, community outreach, strategic planning, and alumni relations.
Jessica is passionate about connecting with parents and professionals and sharing how Fusion’s “revolutionary way to school” can be a best-fit for so many families, even those who didn’t expect to be searching for a new school community. Jessica’s professional background is strengthened by personal experiences in school searches for her own children, including summer camps, classes for credit, and independent school settings. A strong believer in the power of relationships, Jessica brings a personal and professional network of educators, counselors, and consultants that promises to enrich the resources available to our Fusion Princeton community through events, outreach, and so much more.
Jessica loves being connected to her local community and has served on multiple boards in Pennsylvania and Maryland, including Girls on the Run International, and Central Pennsylvania Association for Female Executives. Jessica has also been involved with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since 2008, where she fundraises for a cure for blood cancers, having completed multiple full and half-marathons with Team in Training and participating in Light the Night with family and friends. She spends free time with her family, which includes her husband, Brett, two teenagers, Alec and Shea, and a rescue dog named Sadie Mae. She also enjoys reading, entertaining, traveling, and the occasional yoga class.
