Tadeo Paz

Spanish Teacher/Mentor

Tadeo is excited to bring the world of Spanish to Fusion! He is coming all the way from Mesquite, Texas to make an impact to not only the students but the whole school in general. He is a graduate of the University of Texas in Arlington (Go Mavs!) with a Bachelor of Art in Spanish Translation and Interpretation with a minor in Mexican American Studies.

During his time at UTA, he wanted to improve his collegiate community by becoming an Orientation Leader and being a guide to many incoming transfer students. With this position he helped students pick out majors, choose classes, and make them feel comfortable and secure at UTA. Thanks to this experience, it helped Tadeo grow a love for mentoring/teaching.

At Fusion, he wants to help many students overcome the difficulty of learning Spanish. Spanish can bring many amazing opportunities, so he wants students to really enjoy learning the language, through conversation, culture, writing and literature.

Before coming to Fusion, Tadeo was a Spanish Interpreter for a language company that provided interpretation services to the Social Security Administration, Hospitals and Businesses. He even translated many documents and flyers for the Orientation program at UTA.

Tadeo loves to sing, was part of many choirs for about 8 years! He loves playing video games like Smash Bros, and Apex Legends. He is also a huge foodie, so you’ll always see him eating!
