Education

Robyn Delahunt is a career educator, with 17 years of teaching experience in Social Studies, Art, and Special Education classes. She received her Bachelors of Applied Arts and Science from the University of North Texas in 1990, her teaching certificate in All Level Art from Texas Woman's University in 1995, and received both her Masters in Education and her Doctorate in Instructional Leadership from Concordia University.
Robyn has teaching certifications in the areas of All Level Art, Special Education, Gifted and Talented, English as a Second Language, Generalist EC-6th, Social Studies 4-8 and 8-12.

Experience

Robyn has most recently worked in the area of Special Education, supporting students with cognitive, behavioral, and emotional disabilities. Her longest tenure as an educator lasted 13 years with Plano ISD.

Fun Facts and Hobbies

  • Robyn has three children (Ian-31, Macey-21, and Regan-19) and one eight year old grandson. She also has three cats, Keechi, Luna, and Walter as well as her two dogs, Murray and Mickey.
  • Robyn is a muralist who has painted murals in many schools, homes and businesses in Dallas.
