- Understand trauma informed car. What is it and how can you use it?
- Identify evidence based early intervention strategies and barriers to treatment to determine alternative approaches for successful outcomes

Biography
Sharon did not choose Mental Health, it chose her. 17 years ago she was displaced, homeless, and unsure what to do with her life. She found refuge in a community that was lost and broken. In that community she became an advocate, researcher, and caregiver. She felt that support among the homeless was limited or nonexistent and found herself wanting to help. What drives her professionally is the fulfillment that she gets by pursuing her purpose everyday, to provide compassionate care to the suffering. Also, beating the odds of statistics has been kinda fun as well!!!
Fun and interesting fact about Sharon is that she is a creative individual and it is not limited. She is a writer, artist, and creator of some really unique things. Legos are her favorite tools to work with!
