Morgan graduated from Florida State University with a Master of Science in Oceanography, from California State University, Los Angeles with a Master of Science in Physics, and from the University of Edinburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Honors Physics.

Experience

Morgan worked as a substitute teacher at a local high-school before joining the team. She taught both undergraduate courses and labs at Florida State University and California State University, Los Angeles during her studies. While in Scotland, she assisted with teaching at local high schools as part of a STEM education outreach program.

  • In the past, Morgan has published scientific journal articles related to LIGO and gravitational wave detection.
  • Enjoys cooking and baking and is always looking for a new recipe to try.
