Lea Bathon earned her B.Sc. in Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius in Frankfurt, Germany, and then received her M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
Experience
Before joining Fusion, Lea volunteered as a behavioral coach and research assistant at the UCLA PEERS clinic. Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Lea worked as a teaching assistant in statistics in Germany.
