Hojjat Sandi

Head of School

Hojjat Sandi serves as Fusion Academy, Palos Verdes’ Head of School.  Hojjat began his career with Fusion Academy in 2010. Throughout his tenure with Fusion Hojjat has held various administrative roles across Southern California campuses.  Most recently, Hojjat served as Head of School at Fusion, Warner Center  from 2015 - 2019.  For the past year he has supported  Bay Area campuses with operational training.

As a graduate of California State University Long Beach, Hojjat holds a B.A. in Art Education, as well as a Single Subject Credential in Art.  He also holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Pepperdine University.

Throughout his career Hojjat has taught to children of various age groups, socioeconomic backgrounds, and skill levels. He has taught art in Recife, Brazil, as well as in various public schools, after-school programs, and community art centers throughout Southern California. Hojjat firmly believes in utilizing the arts as a tool of empowerment and form of self-expression, and strongly believes that social-emotional education and growth are vital to a student’s academic success.  He is passionate about Fusion, its educational model, and the ability to reach students of all skills, experiences, and abilities.  He is excited to build a new educational community at Fusion, Palos Verdes campus.

In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, eating new foods, traveling, and creating an artwork or two. Hojjat is proud to be a part of the Fusion family and its new Palos Verdes campus, and the South Bay community at large.
