Description

Join us for an upcoming Lifestyle Medicine workshop that promises to illuminate the path to better sleep for your teen.

More than 70% of teens in the U.S. are sleep deprived, getting less than the 8-10 daily hours recommended posing a threat to their health and academic success. Teens who lack proper sleep can suffer negative consequences including inability to concentrate, drowsiness, anxiety, depression, behavior problems, among other things. Our speaker, Dr. Elinora Madrid will provide insight on how we got to this state and strategies for parents to help their children get more sleep.
