E-RYT 200, RYT 500
Michele graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English, receiving departmental honors, and a minor in Spanish from Dominican College in Blauvelt, New York.
During her college years, Michele volunteered her time tutoring at the Learning Resource Center at Dominican College as well as TA for the Chair of the English department. Those experiences solidified her decision to pursue a career in education. Being a full-time student and a mother to a toddler would prove to be a very challenging time in Michele’s life, which is how Michele found her love of yoga. A free yoga class at her college one day turned into a 200hr teacher training program. Michele is an E-RYT 200 and recently completed her 300hr advanced yoga psychology teacher training. Michele is trained in vinyasa, yin, and most importantly trauma-informed yoga.
