Description
Please join us for an afternoon of networking and community building with other mental health and education professionals over light refreshments as well as a chance to experience 20 minutes of eurythmy (movement art) with Silvia Hanustiakova, Integrative Wellness Life Coach and Eurythmy instructor.
*Eurythmy is intentional movement and a form of art expression through exercises in the body that enhances spatial and sensory awareness, midline crossing for brain building and other healing benefits.
