Linda Roslansky

Director of Outreach


Linda is a native Minnesotan, earned her B.B.A. degree in Marketing from Iowa State University and spent a summer studying Spanish and Business at ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico.


Her experience includes Account Management, Territory Development and Sales positions in Washington D.C., Colorado and Washington State. She gratefully returned to Minnesota with her husband to raise 4 boys and multiple dogs. Prior to joining the Fusion team, she co-founded a small business to help serve a community need and worked as Program Director and Instructor for Not Me! and Super Hero Kids Safety Training which specializes in Prevention Education in Minnesota schools.

Linda is passionate about serving others, especially youth. She feels fortunate to have served in multiple volunteer positions in her community for many years, including serving on Tonka Cares Coalition which promotes healthy choices and education surrounding mental health, substance use prevention, early intervention and recovery.

Fun Facts and Hobbies

  • She currently enjoys co-leading the national student council with her husband for the Alliance for Freedom, Restoration and Justice and also serves on their Freedom Council whose vision is to end human trafficking and protect the vulnerable.
  • In her free time, she thoroughly enjoys spending time outside with her family, friends and 3 dogs, preferably biking or being on one of the many lakes.
  • She loves every season Minnesota has to offer.
