Xierra Itayem graduated from Florida International University in 2014 with a Bachelors in Art. She is currently obtaining a Masters in Illustration from Savannah College of Art and Design.

Experience

Xierra has taught high school art and history in Miami Dade for the past seven years.

Fun Facts and Hobbies

  • Loves to travel every summer to new countries. Her favorite countries are Morocco, Peru, and Spain.
  • Cooks often in her spare time and hopes to one day write an illustrated cookbook.
  • Reading is her favorite way to escape!
