Tiffany Britto

Special Education Lead

As the Special Education Lead, Tiffany’s mission is to collaborate with her Fusion colleagues on differentiating lessons for their students.  She leads training sessions on providing specially designed instruction to meet the needs of students with Individualized Education Plans.  Tiffany provides support regarding instructional techniques that will help all of Fusion’s students to meet and exceed their learning outcomes.

Tiffany graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton (Go BEARCATS!) with double major in English and History and a concentration in Business. Upon graduation, Tiffany was accepted into the New York City Teaching Fellows program and earned a Master’s of Science in Teaching from Pace University. She is a New York State certified Special Education teacher.  Prior to joining the Fusion team, Tiffany taught for 10 years with the NYC Department of Education.

When she is not on campus, Tiffany enjoys cheering for the New York Mets, Rangers and Giants (she also has a soft spot for the New York Jets).  When there isn’t a game on, you can find her reading one of the eight magazines she subscribes to. She has a passion for travel and hopes to fill up her recently renewed passport with as many stamps as possible.  As a newlywed, she is looking forward to experiencing all the FIRSTs of married life including the honeymoon passport stamp from an exotic location.
