Director of Student Development
Jordan is a Bronx born progressive education professional dedicated to working with student communities in New York City! She graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor’s of Arts in English Literature in 2013 and later, SUNY Empire State University with a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction in 2022.
She has worked within the education field for several years with experience in student advising, counseling, programming and engagement. In the past, she has worked with NYC-based organizations such as the Harlem Educational Activities Fund, East Side House Settlement, New York Public Library and most recently, the East Harlem Tutorial Program.
Fun Facts and Hobbies
- When she is outside of work, she enjoys thrifting, exploring new restaurants, travelling all over, and spending time with her friends and family.
- She is building a mini backpack collection. (Or should we say "Minnie" backpack collection?) IYKYK
