Join us as Dr. Kolzet discusses ways parents can help themselves and their teens achieve healthier sleep. She will talk about how sleep problems develop, and how they are treated in an outpatient clinical setting. A broad overview will be given of when to see a sleep specialist and how Dr. Kolzet treats insomnia in her practice. In this virtual talk we will be able to to have open dialogue, with ample time for specific questions from the audience to be answered.
