Victoria Weitgenant

Director of Admissions and Outreach

Victoria started with Fusion Academy Long Island as the Director of First Impressions and is now the Director of Admissions and Outreach helping families to find their successful academic journey and building connections to professionals in the community.

Originally from Indiana, Victoria moved out to New York to earn a B.F.A in Art History from Syracuse University. During her time at Syracuse University, Victoria was a Resident Adviser, worked in the dining hall and played on the Rugby team. Victoria is coming to Fusion with experience in a law office and law school administrative office. However, her excitement for Fusion Academy comes from the work she did as a summer camp counselor with campers between the ages of seven and fourteen. Every minute she spent working in the camp’s constructive environment inspired her to find ways to motivate others and help them grow as part of her career. In her free time,

Victoria enjoys watching and playing rugby, and practicing archery. She loves designing, creating outfits, and crafting anything and everything imaginable. She has a passion for art and loves remaining active at all times. Victoria went to a military boarding school for high school and uses the structure and determination learned there in every aspect of her life to this day.

Most recently, Victoria earned her MFA in Interior Architecture and Design from The Academy of Art University and hopes to use the skills acquired to design for people with other abilities both mental and physical.
