Glenn studied saxophone performance and composition at Carnegie-Mellon University and The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music, earning his Bachelor of Music Degree. After many years as a professional musician, recording engineer and songwriter, he then received his Masters of Science Degree in Music Education.
Glenn has performed throughout the United States and in over 15 countries worldwide, as well as participating in the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland. As a recording artist, Glenn has composed and engineered six full-length original albums and has also produced and written for many New York artists. Glenn has taught students of all ages in classical and jazz performance, sound recording and songwriting.
When not teaching or performing, Glenn enjoys cooking and eating, rock climbing, a good movie on the couch, listening to music, and spending time with family.
