Elaina was formerly a mental health counselor and has over 15 years of successful and dedicated experience developing programs and executive functioning coursework to guarantee the success of the kids and adults she works with. Elaina is currently the Coaching Director and Founder of Learning to Excel, and also Director of the Learning Strategies Program at Portledge School, where she works 1:1 with students to help them identify their EF strengths and weaknesses and apply strategies to help them succeed. With her direct, supportive, compassionate, and humorous approach, Elaina is a true executive function master coach.
