With one year of experience as a substitute teacher, one year as a teacher's assistant, and over three years as a nanny, prior to Fusion, Ja'Kayla has honed her skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and nurturing students' strengths. She loves finding fun ways to engage students in reading, writing, grammar, and composition.
