Education

Brock Gordon attended The University of Georgia where he received a Masters of Fine Arts degree in the area of Painting and Drawing in 2013. He graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a concentration in Painting in 2007.

Experience

He has taught studio art and lecture courses at institutions such as The University of Georgia, Houston Community College, TX/RX Labs, and The University of the South.

Brock maintains a studio practice based in painting. He has exhibited in locations such as Sojourn Montrose (Houston, Texas), Mint Gallery (Atlanta, Georgia), Palazzo Vagnotti (Cortona, Italy), Green Hill Center for NC Art (Greensboro, NC), and the Georgia Museum of Art (Athens, Georgia).

Fun Facts and Hobbies

  • Cooking elaborate Sunday dinners for friends.
  • Is working on creating a cookbook/art book.
