Brock Gordon

Art Teacher/Mentor

Brock Gordon is an artist and educator living in Houston, Texas. Originally from North Carolina, he received his BFA in Studio Art at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2007 and his MFA from The University of Georgia in 2013. He has taught studio art and lecture courses at institutions such as The University of Georgia, Houston Community College, TX/RX Labs, and The University of the South.

Brock maintains a studio practice based in painting. He has exhibited in locations such as Sojourn Montrose (Houston, Texas), Mint Gallery (Atlanta, Georgia), Palazzo Vagnotti (Cortona, Italy), Green Hill Center for NC Art (Greensboro, NC), and the Georgia Museum of Art (Athens, Georgia). When not in the studio, he enjoys cooking, making music, cracking jokes, drinking fizzy water, and singing car karaoke on his way to Fusion Academy.
