Education

Alice earned M.S. degrees in Astronomy (Case Western Reserve University; Spectroscopy) and in Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology (University of Massachusetts; Bioinformatics). She also earned B.S. degrees in Business Analysis and in Finance (both from San Francisco State University).

Experience

Alice has taught has taught math and science at the middle school, high school, college, and university level. Her research has been published in professional journals and she has presented her research at mathematical and astronomy professional conferences. As a volunteer teacher in the Peace Corps, Alice taught math and science to Elementary, Middle School, and High School students in the Fiji Islands of the South Pacific (Rotuma and Labasa).
