Parent Teacher Conferences
Wednesday, October 24th from 4:00-7:00pm
and
Friday, October 27th from 10:00am – 1:00pm.
Parent Teacher Conferences will be Virtual, held in Teacher Zoom Rooms.
Here is a video (1 Minute Watch) on how to sign up or you can follow the instructions below.
To sign up for conferences Fusion Oak Brook is using Sign Up Genius to create the schedule. This means that you, the parents, will be in control of creating your schedule! You will have 20 minutes with each teacher you choose to meet with. Please reference the following directions to sign up for Conferences:

Use this Link to Sign Up
- Left side of the screen: Date and Teacher’s Name.
- Right side of the screen: the available Time Slots to meet with that teacher.
- Once you choose the time slot you would like to reserve, Click the “Sign Up” button
- Continue to Sign Up with each Teacher you would like to meet with.
- You will receive a confirmation email and options to add the event to your calendar (Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Calendar only)
- Zoom Links to the teachers should be in the confirmation email
Once you are done picking your time slots with teachers, a confirmation email will be sent to both you and Ashley in your email inbox. Ashley will then send you an email of your completed schedule with teacher zoom links.
