Experience

Kellianne has been a relationship-builder and connector since her early career. She began recruiting for technical and creative staffing agencies and enjoyed assisting candidates in their quest for the perfect employment match. From there, she moved into higher education as a Career Services Advisor at Peirce College, The Art Institute of Philadelphia, and DeVry University.

In these roles, she assisted student and alumni populations in their career development process. This included writing resumes, interview preparation, facilitating LinkedIn tutorials, and hosting virtual webinars. She especially enjoyed connecting with employers and hosting portfolio shows and career fairs for students to gain professional exposure and network for the right opportunity.

  • She enjoys spending time with her niece and nephews and loves to dog-sit
