Education

Maki Manning received B.A. in English from Shirayuri University, Tokyo, Japan. She spent her sophmore year in college at College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, MN. She received Master’s in Education (Special Education: Learning Disabilities) from Georgia College and State University, Milledgeville, GA.

Experience

Maki Manning is a GA certified teacher for P-12 in Learning Disabilities and has been working as an educator in various capacities serving different age groups for many years. She also has vast working experience as a professional linguist, a QA tester/Localization specialist, and most recently a life coach and consultant for global businesses.

Fun Facts and Hobbies

  • Life-long learner who strives to embody the true meaning of education, that is “educe" derived from the Latin word meaning “to bring forth from within” and “to lead out” in her everyday life and working with people!
  • Loves to explore new places, travel, and eat good food
  • Loves to do entrepreneurial stuff and do anything with arts, psychology, philosophy, and LIVING!
