Samuel Bametz obtained his bachelor degree from the University of Lille in France. He studied songwriting at Berklee College of Music and is absolutely passionate about writing original songs and teaching other people how to do so.
Experience
Sam worked as a certified Science teacher before switching career and focusing on making music. His first album “Le fils prodigue” (the prodigal son) came out in 2016 and he is currently working on a second album. He’s been involved in coaching individuals and bands musically for years. Sam loves to explore a wide variety of music genres, technologies and instruments with his students, helping to unlock their creativity, express themselves and flourish as individuals.
Sam is also absolutely passionate about philosophy, theology and apologetics and helping people engage with those disciplines in a meaningful yet easy way. Among other thing he has also been working as the director of the Joshua program, an international leadership training and as a pastor.
Fun Facts and Hobbies
- Away from Fusion, Sam spends time with his wife Amanda and loves to write new songs and record them in his studio at home.
- Some of his other interests are classic American cars, science fiction books, other cultures and good foods from around the world.
