Experience

Born and raised on Long Island, New York, he decided to trace his familial roots back to the Philippines in 2001. It is there that he found his true calling as a serial entrepreneur. Pex realized how much opportunity there was overseas and started his first company around the Business Process Outsourcing Industry in 2003.

In another business venture, he was first exposed to Real Estate. He became fascinated with Real Estate, Influences of Valuation, and Investment Opportunities. Upon moving back to the US in 2011, Pex decided to expand his knowledge in Real Estate and became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and spent some time as a Residential & Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. Pex moved to the Greater Philadelphia area with his family in 2014 where he continues to manage his businesses and provides mentorship to like-minded Business and Real Estate Professionals.

As a perennial student of the School of Life, Pex takes his knowledge & real-life experience of Entrepreneurship, Global Markets, Valuation, Real Estate, the Social Sciences, and the Humanities to Fusion Academy.
