Academic Resources

Beyond our full-time and part-time programs for students, we offer other academic resources that any middle or high-schooler can utilize. These options are available to full-time, part-time, or non-Fusion students.

Eliminate the Stress of Homework at Home

Fusion students complete their homework before going home by doing work in the Homework Café®. This relaxed and comfortable space allows students to have access to teachers for questions and help. Keeping homework at school eliminates stress not only for the student, but the whole family and gives them their evenings back.

Group Learning Experiences

Given state requirements in certain Fusion locations, full-time students will be required to attend school on Friday, whether that be the group Forums or other Friday programming (wellness, tutoring and mentoring, enrichment, P.E., field trips, and one-to-one classes).

Forums are inquiry-based and student-driven experiences. Students choose from a variety of different Forums when they enroll. Teachers help facilitate the Forum, and while no grades are issued, the Forums appear on the transcript, and students build a digital portfolio to share with colleges or universities.

At the end of 10 weeks, the Forum participants will present their project or translate their experience through public presentation or performance to demonstrate their application of learning. This is a great opportunity for students to learn about project idea formulation, sequence, organization, time management, launching, and delivery.

Unlock Your Potential in Technology

Certain Fusion campuses are equipped with their own Tech Lab. Students can explore virtual reality, robotics, video game design, coding, graphic design, music engineering, and more. Tech can also be brought into other classes to explore the curriculum in new ways.
