Tiffany Herndon graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in English. After college, she taught 6th grade at a charter school in Portland Oregon, worked as a reading specialist in Harlem, NY, mentored youth at a teen center in the Bronx, and taught dance classes. She joined the Fusion team in 2010 as a History and English teacher after taking a three year hiatus from education to stay at home with her two young children.

She enjoys playing with her kids at the beach, reading, writing, creating art, dancing, and cooking.
