We know some kids learn differently. Bright and different isn’t bad, but not all traditional schools can meet all learning challenges. Not all, but some Fusion Academy students are affected by ADHD, social anxiety, dyslexia, dysgraphia, or other mild learning differences. These students thrive with us.
Fusion is an accredited private middle and high school, but we’re far from typical. Each class at Fusion has just one student and one teacher per classroom, allowing us to build a real relationship with each student, customizing curriculum and teaching methods to help them grow emotionally, socially, and of course, academically.
Best of all, Fusion has no traditional “semesters” so students can enroll anytime. Students choose the time of day to attend class and never go home with homework. That’s right – homework stays at school, relieving families from the burden of its completion during home time.

Imagine a distraction-free classroom, with the teacher’s focus all on your student. How does one-to-one work? Watch our video to hear directly from our students, teachers, parents, and professional community.
We believe positive relationships are the key to unlocking the potential in every kid. Our one-to-one classrooms allow teachers to build positive mentor relationships with each student so they are best equipped to learn.
No homework goes home, yes you read that correctly. Students complete all their homework with teacher assistance and supervision in our Homework Café® before they leave campus. The battle is over (imagine stress-free evenings).
While other schools are cutting their art and music programs, we offer a robust roster of elective courses for students to express their creativity in our mixed-media art studio and state-of-the-art recording studio.
From our first campus in Solana Beach, CA, Fusion has grown into a community of schools across the country. Find your nearest campus using the map below:
