Fusion Academy goes beyond helping students simply “get through” school. We prepare students academically and emotionally to take on life’s challenges beyond high school, whether that includes college, a career, or something else entirely.
Prior to graduating, all Fusion students take a personalized Life Skills course where they receive one-to-one support and guidance in mapping out and preparing for their futures. This class is completely unique to each student’s personal goals.
The vast majority of Fusion students go on to a 4-year college or university. For those students, the Life Skills course is typically customized to help the student prepare for college. Depending on the individual student, the teacher may help the student with: Narrowing down a list of prospective colleges
Fusion Academy graduates have been accepted to an impressive roster of colleges and universities, including University of California, Brown University, Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, and many more.
Of course, we recognize that it’s not every student’s ultimate goal to attend college. For students with other plans in mind, the Life Skills course is customized to best prepare them for life after high school, whatever that might entail. In the past, our teachers have helped students with:
